TASTING NOTES:
|
The result between the stone-mill and the cold centrifugal method is this excellent extra virgin olive oil. The aroma is dominated by fresh olive fruits, ints of apple and artichoke. The flavour is equally fresh and fruity, medium pepper with some nuts in the aftertaste.
